About Ipswich Beacon Marina
Ipswich Beacon Marina is a yacht marina located in the Wet Dock on Ipswich Waterfront at the head of the River Orwell. The marina sits inside a lock-controlled wet dock and provides pontoons and alongside moorings for visiting yachts; the marina office manages berthing and visitor arrangements. Visitor access is accepted and there are dedicated visitor berths.
On-site support includes diesel fuel, water and electricity to berths, traditional showers and toilets, a launderette and Wi‑Fi. A boatyard with lifting and shore-storage is available together with repair facilities and marina parking. The facility is operated by the port marina team and holds a Five Gold Anchor accreditation.
