  • The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
  • We are not responsible for actions of other users, user-generated content, navigation decisions, sailing risks, technical interruptions or any loss resulting from using the website.
  • Information on Sailors.tips is intended to support planning. It does not replace official nautical charts, notices to mariners, local regulations, weather forecasts or the skipper's own judgment.

  • The service is currently free for regular users unless a specific paid feature is clearly marked otherwise.
