About Seaport Marina

Seaport Marina is a pontoon marina in the Muirtown Basin at the eastern entrance to the Caledonian Canal, close to Inverness city. Pontoon berths accommodate leisure, residential and commercial craft and short-term visitor and transit moorings are provided. Moorings are managed by Scottish Canals and berth allocation is handled through canal operations and the moorings enquiry process.

Onsite and nearby facilities include shore power and potable water, showers, toilets and laundry. Diesel is available and waste oil reception and refuse disposal are provided. A pump-out service is available at the top of Muirtown Locks. Canal staff coordinate lock and bridge movements for arrivals and berth allocation.
