Entering the port requires attention as there are shoals in the fairway. In Pärnu, mooring is done on a floating buoy, so you need a long mooring line with a hook and a boat hook. The anchorage is well protected from the wind, except for westerly and southwesterly winds. The marina has a guesthouse of the Pärnu Yacht Club with a good restaurant. In the yacht club building, there are showers, saunas, and toilets. There are also toilets on the marina grounds. The port is large, and availability of berths can be checked at the yacht club. The staff is friendly, ready to help, and speaks English. The city center and the beach are a few minutes' walk away.

Beautiful marina with all the amenities, highly recommend visiting. The only downside is that it takes a very long time to walk to it along the river.
