About Sestri Levante Marina
Sestri Levante Harbour (Porto di Sestri Levante) is the town’s public port area lying between the Baia delle Favole and the Baia del Silenzio. The harbour is operated under the town’s demanio marittimo arrangements and day-to-day maritime policing is managed by the local maritime office. Much of the local pleasure-fleet is berthed on mooring buoys in the bays; there are only a few alongside and transit berths on Molo Umberto I rather than an extensive pontoon marina.
Practical support in the port area includes a fuel dispenser at the quay and buoy moorings. The municipal Demanio Marittimo issues harbour permits and the Ufficio Locale Marittimo provides operational services; a number of berths and buoy fields are concessioned and managed locally rather than being part of a single marina operator.
