About Masuccio Salernitano Marina
Masuccio Salernitano is a city-centre tourist port on Salerno’s waterfront. It serves small-to-medium leisure craft and acts as an embarkation point for regular fast-boat and ferry connections to the Amalfi Coast and nearby islands. The quay fronts Piazza della Concordia and is close to Salerno railway station; the facility is publicly accessible and handles scheduled passenger services alongside recreational berths.
On shore there are ticketing and information points, renovated public toilets and a small bar area, with parking nearby and pedestrian access along the seafront promenade. The port is a civic waterfront node, hosting the local Lega Navale section, and is best used for urban embarkation and short stays rather than as a distant refuge. Older technical reports and recent redevelopment and access ordinances note that shelter, night-time management and transient-berth arrangements have varied over time; operational details can be seasonally and project dependent.
