Scarborough marinas
Scarborough on the Yorkshire coast is a seaside town with two bays and a harbour below its castle headland.
Scarborough
Scarborough spreads around two bays divided by a high castle headland. The harbour occupies South Bay, beside the seafront and old town.
A yacht stop is closely tied to the urban shore: fishing vessels, pleasure boats, and visitors walking the piers are all nearby. North Bay belongs to a different part of town and is not an extension of the harbour.
Ashore, visitors can follow the beaches, climb towards the castle, and look over both bays. Its combination of seaside resort and working fishing port distinguishes it from more rural east-coast stops.
