About Juist

Juist lies between Norderney and Borkum and is considered one of the most tide-dependent harbours in the East Frisian Islands. Access follows a long and shifting buoyed channel through the Wadden Sea, making entry and departure possible only within narrow tidal windows. Partial drying occurs at low water, requiring careful draft planning.

The marina is small, calm, and primarily intended for short transit stays. The island has a car-free resort character, offering a quiet pause between offshore legs.
