The Kuressaare Castle (also known as Arensburg) is a rare find, because it is the oldest completely intact fortress in the Baltic states.

I strongly recommend visiting it for the fascinating landscape and architecture.

The museum inside it deserves a separate entry! Must-see!

If you are in Kuressaare, this place is definitely worth a visit. There aren't actually many interesting places in Kuressaare, so visiting the castle is a must. It might be challenging with small children, but overall, the place is interesting and definitely worth visiting.
