About Stornoway Marina

Stornoway Marina is the town‑centre marina complex in Stornoway operated by Stornoway Port Authority. The facility comprises the inner harbour berthing area and the newer Newton Marina and welcomes visiting yachts. Berthing areas are secure with keycoded access and 24‑hour CCTV and the harbour is an established port of call for leisure craft.

Port Control maintains a listening watch on VHF working VHF channel and all vessels are required to make contact before arrival. Fresh water, metered shore power and marina Wi‑Fi are available at berths. Toilets, showers, a laundrette and quayside marine gas oil are provided. A slipway and boat hoist at Goat Island and local repair and crane services support visiting boats; larger vessels can be accommodated on the quayside by arrangement.
