About Castlebay Marina
Castlebay Marina is a small community-owned marina in Castlebay, Isle of Barra, with modern floating pontoons and a shore facilities block. It provides pontoon berthing for visiting yachts and is managed by Bùth Bharraigh Ltd as a community asset.
The pontoons have water and shore power outlets. A facilities block provides toilets, showers, laundry and refuse disposal. Electric bicycles are available for hire. The marina is seasonal: the pontoons and facilities operate 1 April–30 September. Reservations are accepted via an online booking request form; the site gives limited seasonal office hours.
