Marina Getxo

Puerto Deportivo de Getxo lies on the waterfront at Muelle de Arriluce, on the outer side of the Abra near the entrance to the port area. The approach is straightforward from the Bilbao side of the bay, with the marina set in open coastal water rather than a fully enclosed basin. It sits close to the urban shoreline of Getxo and the sailing traffic that uses the mouth of the estuary. For visiting yachts, this is a large and active marina with a strong local leisure profile and regular transit use. The berth layout supports boats from 6 to 24 metres, and the facility includes water and electricity at the pontoons. Shore-side services are oriented to day-to-day marina use, with shops, restaurants and technical support around the harbour area.
