Komiža Marina
About Komiža Marina
Komiža Harbour is not a large full-service marina, but that is part of its charm. Set on the western coast of Vis, it feels like a real Dalmatian fishing town, with stone houses, narrow streets, waterfront restaurants, and boats packed into a compact harbor.
For sailors, Komiža works best as a scenic overnight stop rather than a technical base. The port offers limited moorings with basic services, and in high season berths can fill very early. It is a strong choice for crews planning Biševo, the Blue Cave, or a quieter Vis experience, but west-wind exposure and backup anchorage planning should be taken seriously.
