Cyprus Paphos
34° 45' 15" N, 32° 24' 31" EPaphos Harbour is situated on the southwestern coast of Cyprus, adjacent to the historic centre of Paphos. The harbour lies at the foot of the medieval Paphos Castle and is easily identifiable by its breakwater and the presence of small fishing and leisure vessels. The entrance to the harbour is straightforward, but visiting yachts should exercise caution due to the presence of local boat traffic and occasional swell, especially during strong westerly winds.
This harbour primarily serves as a fishing and small craft port, with limited facilities for visiting yachts. There are no dedicated marina pontoons or extensive yachting infrastructure. Mooring is generally alongside the quay, subject to space and the approval of local authorities. Basic amenities such as water and electricity may not be consistently available on the quay. Customs and immigration procedures are handled at the port, but advance notification is recommended. The harbour is within walking distance of the town centre, where provisions and services can be found.
