Largs marinas
Largs is a seaside town on the Firth of Clyde, with a long promenade, yachts and views of Cumbrae.
Largs
Largs retains the atmosphere of a traditional Scottish seaside resort: people stroll by the water, eat ice cream and watch ferries and yachts. Cumbrae fills much of the seaward view, with other Clyde islands and shores beyond.
The yacht harbour lies south of the centre, linked to town by the walkable coast. Waterfront monuments recall the thirteenth-century battle with the Norwegians, but the main attraction is the open shore and unhurried waterside life.
