Fowey
Fowey is a hillside town beside a Cornish river harbour, with narrow streets, green banks and the shipbuilding village of Polruan opposite.
Fowey
Marinas in this destination have not yet been added to the catalogue.
Fowey makes its strongest impression from the river: houses descend to the water, with Polruan rising above the opposite side of the harbour. Small ferries weave among the yachts, and everyday life on both banks remains closely connected to the water.
Fowey has more shops, cafés and busy streets; Polruan retains the character of a small maritime village with steps and narrow lanes. Beyond the buildings are green riverbanks and paths towards the open sea.
