Eastbourne marinas
Eastbourne is a seaside resort with a long promenade, shingle beaches and white cliffs at its western edge.
Eastbourne
Eastbourne retains the feel of a traditional English seaside resort: a broad promenade, a pier, beachfront hotels and walks beside the open sea. Its appeal is the spacious seafront and an unhurried day at the coast. Chalk slopes rise towards Beachy Head west of the town beach.
The yachting side of Eastbourne is at Sovereign Harbour on the eastern edge. Modern homes, restaurants and footpaths surround its basins; the historic promenade and town centre lie farther west.
