About Shepards Marina

Shepards Marina is a yacht marina on the west bank of the River Medina in central Cowes, immediately upstream of the Cowes Chain Ferry. Visitor berths are offered and walk‑ashore pontoons provide shore access. The facility is operated by Cowes Harbour Commission and is positioned within easy walking distance of Cowes town services and ferry connections.

Berths have fresh water and shore power and the marina provides modern showers and toilets and free Wi‑Fi. There is access to a holding‑tank pump‑out and on‑site boat handling including a crane and dry‑sailing services. Fuel is not sold directly at the marina; Cowes Harbour’s fuel berth is located a short distance away. Reception and harbour patrol staff operate during published hours and the site is covered by CCTV.
