Ría de Muros e Noia marinas
The Ría de Muros e Noia is an inlet among Galicia’s green hills, with the fishing town of Muros, medieval Noia and long sandy beaches.
Ría de Muros e Noia
The Ría de Muros e Noia is framed by green slopes and rocky headlands. On its northern shore, Muros retains arcaded stone houses and narrow streets beside a fishing harbour. Portosín and Porto do Son stand on the southern shore, with sandy beaches between them and neighbouring settlements.
At the head of the ria is Noia, with small squares and medieval churches. Fishing and shellfish gathering remain visible in local life. Beyond Porto do Son on the open ocean coast, the fortified settlement of Baroña preserves the stone foundations of round houses on a rocky peninsula.
