We didn't stay at this marina itself but at the municipal marina right next door: €5.60 for the stay. Guys from a nearby restaurant help with mooring. There's no obligation to eat there afterwards, though we did and the food was tasty. Shore power is available, but it's arranged through the marina office. There was no water.
