Lixouri Harbour Marina

Lixouri Harbour is situated on the western side of the Paliki Peninsula in Kefalonia, Greece. The harbour lies within the sheltered waters of the Gulf of Argostoli, directly opposite the island’s main town, Argostoli. Approaching from the south or north, the harbour is easily identified by the town’s waterfront and the ferry quay, which serves regular connections to Argostoli.

The harbour primarily accommodates local fishing boats, ferries, and visiting yachts. Facilities for visiting vessels are limited, with mooring typically alongside the quay or stern-to where space allows. The harbour is exposed to winds from the east but generally offers good shelter from prevailing westerlies. Provisions and basic supplies can be found in the town of Lixouri, which is adjacent to the quay. There are no dedicated marina services or infrastructure such as fuel or repair facilities within the harbour itself.
