Utö
Utö’s Gruvbyn grew beside old iron mines and is a good reason to go ashore. Wooden houses and a windmill survive, alongside a bakery and restaurants. Beyond the harbour, walks continue through woodland and towards sandy or rocky shores. The island combines industrial heritage with summer time outdoors.
