About Söderköping Marina
Söderköpings gästhamn (Kanalhamnen) is the town’s central guest harbour on the Göta Canal, run and promoted through Göta kanal/AB Göta kanalbolag in partnership with the municipality. The harbour sits beside the lock and lively quays with cafés, restaurants and summer shops, and is set up for visiting boats with alongside and Y‑boom berths that suit canal cruisers and coastal cruising yachts. Passenger and charter boats also use berths near the lock during the season.
Practical harbour services are organised through Göta kanal: a harbour reception and online booking, shore power on the berths, shore facilities including toilets and a laundry, and septictank/latrine emptying. The brief quay-side location gives easy pedestrian access to town amenities and eateries, but the harbour can become busy in high season and some berths are reserved for passenger vessels below the lock.
