About Lyrestad Marina
Lyrestad’s guest harbour sits beside the canal and functions as a well-serviced stopping point for pleasure craft, canal traffic and touring visitors. Berthing is predominantly alongside to the harbour quay and the site works well as a short-term visitor stop for boats transiting the Göta Canal or visiting the Vänern shoreline. The harbour has a compact, service-oriented character and is used by both canal passengers and visiting yachts.
Practical support is concentrated in a service building: visitors will find toilets, showers and a laundry room, municipal drinking water and electrical shore outlets. Pump-out / latrine cleaning is available and the small harbour is complemented by nearby shore facilities — a grocery shop, café/pizzeria — making it convenient for reprovisioning and short stays.

A decent option for a stopover if you don’t have time to get through the locks. There is a grocery store not far from the marina. The nearby café closes early, at 18:00. There is essentially no restaurant. If you are choosing between Lyrestad and Norrqvarn, Norrqvarn is more comfortable and has a decent restaurant.
Неплохой вариант для остановки, если по времени не успеваете пройти шлюзы. Недалеко от марины есть продовольственный магазин. Кафе рядом закрывается в рано, в 18:00. Ресторана по сути нет. Если выбираете между Lyrestad и Norrqvarn, то в Norrqvarn комфортнее и есть неплохой ресторан.
