Kemiönsaari marinas
Kemiönsaari (Kimitoön) is a skerry-cruising area in Finland’s Archipelago Sea: sheltered passages among countless islands, with Kasnäs as a main service stop on the Hanko–Utö fairway and easy access to the outer sea.
About Kemiönsaari
Kimitoön (Kemiönsaari) lies in Southwest Finland, surrounded by the Archipelago Sea, and the municipality is officially bilingual (Finnish and Swedish). For sailors it’s classic skerry navigation: many island channels and sheltered waters, best approached via marked fairways; Kasnäs sits on the Hanko–Utö fairway and is described as the area’s most fully serviced guest harbour hub.
Nearby, the Archipelago National Park (Skärgårdshavets nationalpark) covers a large marine archipelago that is largely experienced from the water. A standout seamark offshore is Bengtskär Lighthouse—built in 1906, 52 m tall, and commonly cited as the tallest in the Nordic region.
