Attention – Check the Depth!
When arriving at Hangonkylä Harbor, I was initially quite confused, as it wasn’t immediately clear where to dock. It turned out that the guest mooring area is designated for sailboats and located at the end of the pier, where there are buoys. You can moor a sailboat there using a buoy – the depth is 1.8 meters.
For vessels that can dock in shallower water, there are plenty of spots available. The harbor offers water, electricity, a wastewater disposal point, and a fuel station. Waste bins are also available for garbage disposal.

There is a café and the restaurant På Kroken at the harbor. I highly recommend visiting – the service is very friendly, the interior is beautifully designed, and the buffet is excellent. An à la carte menu is also available.
The harbor is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by trees and greenery. There are no shops nearby. However, about 700 meters from the harbor, you’ll find a lovely sandy beach with a wooden platform and comfortable stairs that lead directly into the water.
