About Vila Real de Santo António Marina
Porto de Recreio do Guadiana is a river-side recreational marina on the right bank of the Guadiana at the eastern end of the Algarve, managed by Associação Naval do Guadiana. Visitor berthing is accepted and the harbour operates a reception office and dock staff. The river mouth and approach are tidal and the bar can break in southerly winds, so arrivals should note local tidal conditions.
Harbour support includes water supply and electricity for contracted berths, a fuel berth operated subject to availability, and a boatyard area with a crane and ramp for out-of-water work. A restaurant and shore parking are located at the harbour and booking and berth arrangements are handled through the harbour reception.
