Oeiras Marina (Porto de Recreio de Oeiras) is a municipally managed marina at the Praia da Torre waterfront operated by Oeiras Viva. Set beside the ocean pool and a long seafront promenade, the harbour is arranged around fixed pontoons and is staffed by a reception team, professional mariners and / security. The marina sits within a mixed leisure complex with cafés, restaurants and retail, and official agencies (border, customs and maritime police) have offices on site, so it serves both local berth-holders and visiting yachts seeking formal clearances.
