Progress Update: Statistics System Implemented
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been focused on building a robust statistics system for Sailors.tips.
This new feature does more than simply count page views:
1. Views, Likes, and Ratings
Our system now tracks how many times each marina, attraction, or service has been viewed. It also captures likes and overall ratings from user reviews.
2. Data-Driven Ranking
By collecting this information, we can offer better sorting and ranking, ensuring that the most engaging and highly rated content appears more prominently.
3. Future Improvements
As we refine the system, we’ll explore additional metrics and incorporate new ways to highlight the best spots. Your feedback will help shape these next steps.
