Facilities include fuel, fresh water, electricity, showers, toilets, Wi-Fi, waste disposal, and a restaurant. The marina is easily accessible, with clearly marked channels and adequate depths averaging around 3 meters, though sailors should remain cautious of shallower areas near the shoreline.

Sailing conditions in Pärnu Bay are generally calm, with prevailing westerly and southwesterly winds averaging 10-15 knots during the sailing season from May to September.
