Марины: Málaga

Málaga is an urban harbour on the Costa del Sol: a sheltered inner basin right by downtown, dense marina coverage along the coast and easy day hops both east and west; tides are small and conditions are shaped by Levante/Poniente and the summer sea-breeze.

О месте Málaga

Set deep inside the Bay of Málaga, the approaches are straightforward and well marked, with berths lying in naturally calmer water beside the city waterfront. Cruising is built around short day sails along the Costa del Sol: west toward the resort harbours and Gibraltar, or east onto more open Alboran stretches.

Ferry and cruise traffic is frequent near the entrance, so plan channel crossings and keep a listening watch. This is a micro-tidal area: sea level and wave state respond mainly to wind and pressure rather than astronomical tide.

Prevailing patterns include easterly Levante and westerly Poniente; in summer a regular daytime sea-breeze provides predictable windows for relaxed passages. Shore logistics are simple—provisioning, yards and transport are within walking distance—and neighbouring marinas along the coast add fallback options when weather shifts.
