Марины: Krk

Krk Island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, making it a unique logistical hub in the Kvarner region. Historically, it combines Venetian heritage with a long-standing role as a transit point between the northern Adriatic and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. 

For sailors, Krk is primarily a basing area, offering deep and well-sheltered bays and large marinas suitable for long-term berthing and wintering. Navigation here is more demanding than in Istria due to winds and channels, yet the waters are well charted and equipped. 

The town of Krk serves as the island’s administrative and tourist center, while most yachting activity is concentrated in Punat.
